78-80 Attack shouldn't take any time at all, perhaps two days, or one week if you work take it slowly. Personally, I would train in Green Drags, or Blue Drags in Taverly Dungeon if you uncomfortable with wild. It's a slow process. however, it's good cashwise.

If you're looking for the most. and speed, I'd opt for Yaks, Experiments, Flesh Crawlers (SHoS) or perhaps Rock Crabs. Each of these categories will provide a good amount of exp. and speed, in addition to being relatively casual and low risk.

For Summoning the process is based on whether you've got the charms. If you've got the charms, it'll really take just one day, possibly less. If not, who knows what time it will take to gather the charms. I'll make the assumption that you own the charms.

Between 22 and 31, make Granite Crab pouches. It's fairly efficient and also costs tiny charms. It will require 1,300 or so blank pouches, gold charmsand iron ore, and 10000ish spirit shards. It will likely cost between mid and the high 200k.

Between 31 and 40, you can make Vampire Bats. They are a decent source of exp and their supplies aren't as difficult than other. You can gather 170 blank pouches, the crimson charms, and vampire dust and 13,400 spirit shreds. The cost is in the region of 300k to 300k.
